I just wanted to say that I’ve ”gone live” on ISN about a month ago now. This system is incredible, and I’m sure I’m still not using it to its full potential. Anyone that’s not sure about using this program should really give it a try! Dan, Stephanie, and Steven have helped me get up and running and have been prompt answering all of my questions.
This program is good for the inspector, and provides a professional image to the clients…its a win/win.

Hi Dan, I started looking at the ISN on the web this weekend. Its really overwelming. Can I pick and choose the features that I want to use at first and ”grow” into this. While it all seems great, its seems like a very radical change in the way my business would operate.
I’m also interesed to know how it functions with 3D software. Does 3D supply data to ISN or the other way around? I have an off site office service (that I really like and have no intention of replacing). She currently educates, prices, and schedules my jobs. I can see how having the web scheduling capability is nice but for me it would have to be in addition to my current SOP. Can the off site service all be worked into this?
The web site didn’t have much info on the payroll option, and this happens to be something that I’m also looking into right now (I’m training my son to join me this year). Can You tell me more about payroll?John,

Yes you can add feature as you feel comfortable and leave the others ”off” or alone until you are ready.The ISN takes the order information from the ISN and ”pushes it” to 3D so you do not have to do double entry.
Your scheduler can work from any computer that has web access. The ”direct” order form and calendar on ISN integrates perfectly with the your website calender.
On payroll on the ISN you can put in flat fees for each inspector or a %of each inspection type so the ISN automatically does your payroll for you. The ISN also syncs with Quick Books as well.

I’m finally getting to signing myself up for facebook. I’m a bit confused. I’m not able to get all of the information to appear on the information page. basc stuff like my companies web site and address are in my profile but not showing up at the info page. I compared my page (as viewed from my son’s account) and compared it to a few others and I’m not even getting some of the choiced such as ”other information”. How do I select these? Does anyone know?
