    I want to share with the group a successful email blast program.
    Instead of sending marketing information to realtors, every two weeks I have been sending pictures and discriptions on house components. The opening rate has been around 40-50%. The Realtors are also printing the information and using them as hand outs to there customer. My company name is all over these email blast.
    I also see my information on the realtor desks and on the bulletin board in the office kitchen. If you are interested in seeing what I am sending, Please let me know I will email you a sample.
